There are many precautions for the disassembly and reinstallation of the oil pump of the fuel dispenser, as follows:
1. When installing the pump cover. A small amount of grease should be applied to the copper sleeve first to facilitate the installation and protection of the skeleton oil seal. When installing the screws on the pump cover, they should be tightened in two times in a diagonal order. The tightening torque of each screw should be basically the same to prevent the joint surface of the pump cover and the pump body from being tightly sealed.
2. Before disassembling the pump cover, the semicircular keyway on the pump shaft must be polished with sandpaper to prevent the burrs on the semicircular keyway from scratching the skeleton oil seal when disassembling the pump cover and causing leakage.
3. Before installing the oil pump on the separator, carefully check whether the pump pad is damaged and whether it is placed upside down. After the oil pump is installed, make sure that the symmetrical center plane of the oil pump pulley and the symmetrical center plane of the motor pulley are in the same plane. The pulley is not allowed to have obvious swing and axial runout.
Before using the fuel dispenser, check whether the fuel dispenser is working properly and whether there is any leakage, and keep the tanker clean; during the refueling process, pay attention to the machine's working conditions (sounds, etc.) and the oil product display. If abnormalities are found, stop the machine Check and eliminate the fault before continuing to use; the oil gun should be handled gently, the refueling hose should not be twisted or forcibly elongated, and the oil gun should not be used to support the body to prevent damage to the equipment; after refueling, the residual oil in the oil gun should be removed After the control is clean, it can be hooked back to the tanker.
After installing the new pipeline, clean the mud, iron filings and other debris in the clean pipe before installing the fuel dispenser to prevent the dirt from entering the fuel dispenser manufacturer and damaging the machine. After the first oil delivery, the filter of the oil pump should be checked and cleaned to prevent the oil flow from being drastically reduced and hydraulic components damaged due to filter blockage. Oil-resistant gaskets must be used at the oil pipe flange of the fuel dispenser.
The power supply must be cut off during maintenance, and the power supply must not be overhauled. When opening the explosion-proof electrical box, do not scratch the explosion-proof joint surface. When reinstalling the explosion-proof cavity, the dirt in the explosion-proof cavity should be removed and the explosion-proof joint surface should be cleaned; the cable sealing should be good, Metal washers and gaskets cannot be lost, and the number of screws must be indispensable to ensure the explosion-proof function of the electrical part.
