The pipeline of the tanker and the tank installation are generally 1.5-inch galvanized pipes. The flanges of the pipeline should be cross-connected with wires. The entire tank and piping system should be in an excellent grounding condition. The pipeline should pass through after laying. Withstand voltage test to check for leaks.
The oil pipeline should have an inclination of not less than 0.002. The diameter of the oil tank vent pipe is not less than 1.5 inches, the height is not less than 4 meters, and the right angle elbow should not be used as far as possible at the bend of the oil pipeline.
The requirements for the burying of the oil tank oil pipeline are that the top of the tank should be less than 700 mm above the ground, and the oil pipeline should be less than 500 mm above the ground.
The bend angles of the oil pipeline should be as few as possible. The horizontal distance between the tanker and the underground tank should generally not exceed 50 meters. The triangle valve between the suction pipes of the machine must be fitted with oil-resistant gaskets.
The bottom of the oil inlet pipe in the oil tank should be equipped with a 1.5-inch check valve (double-door bottom valve). The lower end of the check valve is about 12 cm from the bottom of the tank. The oil tank and check valve should be carefully arranged before installing the check valve. Use oil to test the sealing performance of the one-way valve to prevent blockage of the one-way valve and oil leakage when the machine is activated.
Do not use two fuel dispensers or two pumps of a dual-gun dual-fuel dispenser to share a pipeline branch for fuel supply to prevent mutual interference. If a fuel dispenser pumps fuel from two or more tanks, a valve should be installed and used Only open the valve of the operating tank at all times, and the valves of other tanks should be effectively closed.
