The Eaglestar AdBlue Skid Station keeps that from happening. We designed it for outdoor installation, right next to your fuel island. The tank starts at 1,000 liters and scales up to 60,000 liters, so you pick the size that fits your daily volume. On the inside, double-wall construction means two layers between the AdBlue and the ground. The outer shell is steel. The inner tank is HDPE. Between them sits a monitored gap. If the inner wall ever fails, the fluid stays contained. Your site stays clean. Your compliance stays intact.

 

 

The Eaglestar AdBlue Skid Station meets ISO 22241-3 for AdBlue handling - that is the standard for maintaining fluid purity from tank to vehicle. A submersible pump pulls from the bottom of the tank. It delivers 70 liters per minute through the hose. A truck with a 100-liter AdBlue tank fills in about one and a half minutes. No waiting. No transferring from barrels. The Adblue dispenser itself supports one hose or two hoses. Two hoses mean two trucks refilling at the same time from the same Adblue skid Station. Flow rate per hose stays steady regardless of whether the other hose is running. Accuracy holds at ±0.25 percent. So every liter you sell, you meter exactly. No giveaways. No guesswork. The entire Adblue skid Station comes pre-assembled on a steel skid. You drop it off a truck, place it on level ground, connect power - AC 220V or 380V - and start dispensing. The electrical components carry an explosion-proof rating of ExdmbⅡAT3 GB. The system runs in ambient temperatures from -20°C up to +50°C, with humidity up to 95 percent. Noise stays at or below 75 decibels, quieter than most air compressors. The Adblue dispenser screen shows price, volume, and total in 7-digit displays.

 

 

You also get an analog level indicator on the tank - a visual check at a glance, no screen required. For remote monitoring, telemetry is optional.
