We designed the Eaglestar Mini Fuel Station to stop that waste. This is a skid-mounted, all-in-one unit that puts a complete fueling point right where you need it. The double-wall tank holds its contents with zero leakage to the ground. If the inner wall ever fails, the outer wall contains every drop. Our interstitial monitoring system picks up that change and alerts you within seconds. You do not dig foundations. You do not pour concrete. You do not wait for permits for months. A forklift lifts the unit off a flatbed truck. You set it down on level ground. You connect power. You start pumping fuel. That is the entire install process.

 

The Eaglestar Mini Fuel Station comes in multiple configurations. You can split it into two compartments to carry both gasoline and diesel on the same skid. That means one machine fuels your entire fleet-petrol cars on one side, diesel trucks on the other. The integrated fuel dispenser delivers at flow rates between 7 and 70 liters per minute. A small tractor takes 7 liters a minute.A heavy mining truck gets the full 70. You set the rate that fits your equipment.

 

 

The Eaglestar Mini Fuel Station works across ambient temperatures from -20°C up to +50°C. The electronics stay sealed. Rain? Snow? Dust storms? The housing keeps everything running. At night, or when no one is around, the Automatic Tank Gauge watches the tank for you. It measures fuel level down to 0.1 millimeter resolution. It tracks temperature inside the tank to 0.1 degree Celsius. It detects free water sitting at the bottom. It knows the difference between 95 percent full and 100 percent full-and it alarms before an overflow happens.

 

 

All of this data displays on a backlit LCD panel at the Eaglestar Mini Fuel Station. It meets EPA secondary containment requirements. Every weld on the tank uses automatic welding technology. The double-wall construction gives you 5 to 10 millimeters of separation between inner and outer layers.
