- Keep the fuel dispenser/gas dispenser neat and clean all the time, including the fuel dispenser/gas dispenser shell, panel, doors, hoses, screens, nozzles and keyboards;
- Clean the filter/strainer regularly (about once a month); For a new gas station, there are more dirts in the pipeline, so it should be cleaned once a day or two days;
- Open the door of the fuel dispenser/gas dispenser at least once a week.Check whether there is leakage and wipe the dust and oil in the fuel dispenser;
- Check the belt of the fuel dispenser/gas dispenser once a week,if it is too loose or too tight or seriously worn, do the adjustment or replacement;
- Regularly check whether the grounding of the fuel dispenser/gas dispenser is good;
- Check the earthing resistance of the nozzles regularly. The earthing resistance must be less than 10Ω. If anything is wrong, replace or reinstall the hose joint in time.
- Regularly check whether the accuracy of the fuel dispenser/gas dispenser is qualified, correct it timely;
- Regularly check the fuel dispenser/gas dispenser exhaust device. If blocked, it may affect the accuracy of refueling measurement.
