1.No-dispensing or slow-dispensing
- If there are mill scale, rust, paint coatings and foreign matter in the new pipeline ,which are easy to block the oil inlet stainer of the petrol pump(fuel dispenser), causing no-dispensing failure. The stainer of the petrol pump(fuel dispenser) should be cleaned frequently.
- When the pipeline is seriously leaky or the fuel pumps of two dispensers share one pipeline, a large amount of air enters, so that negative pressure can not be formed in the pipeline and the petrol pump can not dispense fuel. We can see non-stop exhausting from the pump, and the pipeline should be repaired or added.
- The bottom valve of pipeline is stuck or damaged, so that the petrol pump can not get the fuel and we can not see exhausting from the pump.The bottom valve should be repaired or replaced.
- The fuel level is too low and beyond the oil pump head.It will cause no-dispensing.Refill the tank of the gas station.
2. Counting without dispensing
- The hose will expand under a certain pressure or when the hose is too long or non-standard, at the startup moment the expansionary hose gets more fuel and the additional fuel overs a certain amount, the petrol pump will count without dispensing, it is characterized by each count is almost same. Solution: cut short or replace the hose.
- When the bottom valve or pipeline has a leakage, the liquid level in the petrol pump decreases during the dispensing, making some air enter the flowmeter. Solution: Check the leakage of the bottom valve and pipeline, and repair or replace it in time.
3. The flow rate is unstable and lack the accuracy
- The bottom valve or pipeline has a leakage and make a large amount of air get into the petrol pump, the air can not be completely separated, resulting in a sudden change in flow rate with exhausting phenomenon. Solution: Check the bottom valve and pipeline, and timely add fuel to the tank.
