The principle of installing a solenoid valve to improve the accuracy of quantitative refueling of the tanker is: at the end of quantitative refueling (such as a quantitative 50L), due to the mechanical inertia of high-speed movement and the inertia of high-speed flowing oil, the actual refueling amount is 0.01-0.01- more than the quantitative value. About 0.4L. Although the display panel shows 50L, the actual oil output is between 50.01-50.4L, which shows a large error. The amount of oil that exceeds the quantitative value is usually called "overshoot".
 

The overshoot of the good gas pump machine is proportional to the flow rate of the oil before refueling is completed. The greater the flow rate, the greater the overshoot. When the flow rate is small to a certain extent, the overshoot disappears. The working principle of the solenoid valve is: when the flow is large, the main and auxiliary valves of the solenoid valve are all opened. When the refueling volume is about 0.3L, the main valve of the solenoid valve is closed, the output flow of the tanker is reduced, and the flow rate is reduced. When refueling continues at a small flow rate to the quantitative value, the solenoid valve auxiliary valve is closed, thereby solving the overshoot problem before the tanker is shut down and improving the accuracy of quantitative refueling.
