Gas Dispenser Pump Description

The gas dispenser pump is mainly composed of an explosion-proof motor, explosion-proof junction box, explosion-proof power box, vane pump, oil and gas separator, flow meter, explosion-proof solenoid valve, oil sight, oil gun, switch, sensor, computer device, display screen, keyboard, etc. .

 

Their functions are:
1. Explosion-proof motor: Converts electrical energy into mechanical energy and is the power source of the tanker.
 

2. Explosion-proof junction box: safely introduce grid power into the tanker.
 

3. Explosion-proof power box: converts strong electricity into weak electricity, and converts alternating current into direct current for use by the motherboard and motherboard peripheral circuits; controls the opening and closing of motors and solenoid valves.
 

4. Vane pump: converts mechanical energy into pressure energy of oil, sucks up the oil in the underground oil tank and discharges it at a certain pressure and flow rate.
 

5. Oil and gas separator: Separates the gas in the oil; filters out impurities in the oil to ensure that the oil dispenser outputs pure pressure oil that does not contain gas or impurities.
 

6. Flow meter: measures the output oil volume and converts the output oil volume into the angular displacement of the flow meter transmission shaft.
 

7. Explosion-proof solenoid valve: a device that improves the accuracy of quantitative refueling. In quantitative refueling, due to the existence of "overshoot", the actual refueling volume is greater than the refueling volume shown on the display. Adding a solenoid valve can eliminate the overshoot and improve the accuracy of quantitative refueling.
 

8. Oil sight gauge: A device mainly used to observe whether the oil dispenser is completely filled with oil.
9. Oil gun: facilitates refueling operations and ensures safe oil supply.

 

10. Switch: A device that controls the on and off of the gas dispenser.
 

11. Sensor: Use photoelectric conversion device to convert the angular displacement of the flow meter transmission shaft into the number of electrical pulses, that is, together with the flow meter, the output oil volume is converted into the number of electrical pulses for calculation, storage and display by the computer device. .
 

12. Computer device: It is a small microcomputer system equipped with the application software of the tanker. It has counting, calculation and control, and communication functions. It is the command center of the tanker.
 

13. Keyboard and display panel: The keyboard is the input device of the computer device, and the display panel is the output device, used to realize human-computer dialogue.
