Gas dispensers are widely used as trade settlement measuring instruments, and the defects of the gas dispensers are also increasing. When the solenoid valve of the fuel dispenser cannot be opened and the machine does not deliver oil, first check the control circuit part of the solenoid valve, such as whether the light valve board, relay board or main board is damaged, whether the neutral line is connected properly, and then check the solenoid valve Own faults, such as whether the coil in the valve is open, whether the valve membrane hole is blocked, etc.
Oil pipeline leaks. When the amount of gas entering the pipeline exceeds the maximum amount of gas separated by the oil and gas separator, there will be gas in the oil. At this time, the problem of the tanker is inaccurate and the exhaust pipe does not stop. The motor is damaged. The internal coil of the three-phase motor is open all the way and the starting capacitor of the single-phase motor is damaged, which will cause the motor load capacity to be reduced. The motor is difficult to start, such as the three-phase thyristor board is open or the conduction capacity of the photosensitive thyristor is low.
The four pistons cannot move due to impurities entering between the copper sleeve of the flowmeter and the piston, or the internal transmission mechanism (such as bakelite wheel, connecting rod, etc.) is worn and the four pistons cannot move, causing the engine to be unable to discharge oil. The flow should be disassembled when repairing Remove the sundries in the copper sleeve and replace the worn parts; the oil outlet valve of the oil-air separator is stuck and cannot be opened, resulting in no oil from the dispenser. When repairing, remove the oil outlet valve, remove the debris and reinstall it to make it move up and down freely; Check the exhaust of the exhaust pipe of the oil and gas separator under the power-on state. If the exhaust is not stopped, the judgment can be started. It is the leakage fault of the tanker pipeline or bottom valve.
