Fuel dispensers for sale, such as Eaglestar EG1 Fuel Dispenser, Eaglestar EG5 Fuel Dispenser, Eaglestar EG6 Fuel Dispenser and Eaglestar EG7 Fuel Dispenser , are one equipment which needs to be calibrated periodically by gas station and local authorities. After installation and wiring, it must be calibrated on site.
First, take out the sealing rod of fuel dispensers for sale, then turn the handle clockwise or anticlockwise. Turning clockwise is to reduce the displacement for less fuel, and turning anticlockwise is for more fuel.
The total fuel dispenser calibration range is up to ±1%. The handle is usually set at the middle position when testing in factory. One pitch is set for 0.10% error, half pitch is for 0.05% error. After calibration, the sealing rod must be inserted well. Finally, the lead seal shall be put on. There are 15 adjustments in total. Each pitch will change 0.05L per minute for 50L flow rate.
Once the fuel dispenser calibration cannot be fulfilled according to the above method, the fuel dispenser flow meter shall be replaced by a new one.
If the fuel dispenser flow meter vibrates abnormally or with abnormal noise, bearings or connection rods are with dust or wear down seriously, please consider to change it.
If the fuel dispenser flow meter is jammed, foreign particulars may be in it. Please check and clean it.
