Fuel dispenser does not turn on or does not turn on from time to time
1. Put down the oil gun, press the keyboard to see if there is a response, if there is no response, check whether the power supply is normal.
2. Check whether the shift lock is open, and the lock hole should be aligned with the red dot.
3. The fuel dispenser has a delay function, and the time from the last shutdown to the next startup must be 2 to 4 seconds.
Quantitative non-stop
Before entering the quantitative value, press the unit price, density, coefficient and other functions, and press the reset button before inputting, and then enter the quantitative value.
No oil at start
1. Check whether the oil level of the oil tank is lower than the double-door bottom valve.
2. Check whether the pipeline is seriously leaking.
3. The bottom valve is stuck or blocked. At this time, the sound of the tanker is heavy, and the exhaust gas of the oil and gas separator is scarce. Check the bottom valve and pipeline.
4. The pipeline is long, the oil level is low, and the vacuum degree cannot be reached, which reduces the suction stroke.
Traffic fluctuates
The pipeline leaks, or the oil level and the bottom valve are normal, and a large amount of gas in the inlet causes the oil output to fluctuate.
Fuel leaking from vent hole
1. Check whether the large float of the low pressure chamber is damaged by the oil inlet, and whether the cleaning oil return hole is blocked.
2. Pipe intake.
3. Do not refuel after starting the machine for many times, or start the machine for a long time without refueling, which can also cause the exhaust hole to drain oil.
Accumulation is not allowed
