Recently, an explosion occurred at a foreign gas station due to the purchase of a portable fuel dispenser without fire and explosion protection devices. This caused some casualties and huge property losses to the gas station. This is something that none of us want to see. Therefore, when choosing to buy a portable gas station, we should choose carefully. So which aspects should we choose? Let's talk about it in detail below.
1. Confirm that the company we purchase is produced by the factory itself and has a quality inspection report from an authoritative organization.
2. Confirm that the manufacturer has a professional technical team and after-sales service team to ensure that when the machine fails, it can provide timely solutions.
3. The oil tank of the portable gas station should be equipped with a high liquid level alarm, a liquid level gauge, an automatic fire extinguisher, an emergency pressure relief device, an overflow prevention device, and an internal combustion suppression device. The oil outlet pipeline of the oil tank should be equipped with a high-temperature automatic oil cut-off protection valve.
4. The oil storage tank of the skid-mounted refueling device should be able to withstand the action of a standard flammable liquid fire for 1 hour at 90% of the loading capacity without occurrence of oil tank leakage, oil tank failure and pressure relief function. Obstruction and other phenomena.
5. When the portable gas station uses a double-walled oil tank, an oil leakage monitoring device should be installed at the bottom between the two tank walls.
6. The portable gas station should be equipped with a container to receive oil spilled during unloading.
