What are the precautions for the use of the fuel dispenser

Oct 27, 2021

The maintenance of thefuel dispenser machine is described in detail as follows: Check the shifts and on-duty operations. The specific method of checking is to listen to whether the working sound of the equipment is normal, check the casing of the equipment, whether there is leakage or deformation at the connection of various parts of the whole machine, and whether the display is normal. , Smell, whether there is a peculiar smell. Routine maintenance, when the fueler is handing over shifts and when refueling is idle, scrub the shell of the fuel dispenser to ensure it is clean and free of dust and dirt; open the fuel dispenser door frequently to wipe off the dirt in the machine and fill the pump bearings, counter bearings, and transmission parts with oil , Whether the belt is loose, whether the wiring is loose.

Oil tank: It should be a steel oil tank with a support frame welded in the tank; the capacity is generally 15 to 50 cubic meters. Part of the maintenance proposal for the process pipeline and accessories: oil suction pipe: equipped with a bottom valve, 15 cm from the bottom of the tank. Pipelines and tank installations of fuel dispensers, single-unit pipelines generally use 1.5-inch galvanized pipes. The flanges of the pipeline should be connected with wires at both ends. The entire tank and piping system should be in a good grounding condition. Withstand voltage test to see if there is leakage.

The bottom of the oil inlet pipe in the tank should be equipped with a 1.5-inch one-way valve (double-door bottom valve). The lower end of the one-way valve is about 12 cm from the bottom of the tank. The sundries in the oil tank and the one-way valve should be carefully sorted before installing the one-way valve. , And use oil to test the sealing function of the one-way valve to avoid blockage of the one-way valve and oil leakage when the machine is activated. The connection line between the power distribution room and the tanker is buried in the bushing to prevent the vehicle from breaking the wire. An open oil-resistant elbow is set at the cable outlet through the hole of the tanker base to avoid oil dripping. The steel pipe corrodes the cable, and the cable from the power distribution room to the fuel dispenser is not allowed to have any joints to avoid sparking and endanger the safety of the gas station.

The equipment should be equipped with a separate ground wire. The resistance of the dispenser manufacturer to the ground should not be greater than 4 ohms, the resistance of the oil gun to the ground should not be greater than 10 ohms, and the grounding wire diameter is 4 mm2. In the operation of the station system, the resistance between the grounding terminal and the grounding bus at the system equipment is required to be less than 1Ω, and the grounding resistance is less than 4Ω.
