The shortening force of the tanker equipment is related to the size of the fuel supply. If the shortening force is too small, it will cause a sudden decrease in fuel supply. But if you shorten the time when the force is too large, the load received by the bearing will increase a lot. This will also lead to premature wear of the bearing and shorten the service life. The fuel dispenser can adjust the pressure of the entire system. If the adjustment is too tight, the time used will cause the system pressure to increase, and then the sound and vibration during operation will become very serious.
The single-unit pipeline of the tanker should generally be a 1.5-inch galvanized pipe. The flanges of the pipeline should be cross-connected with wires. The entire oil tank and piping system should have an outstanding grounding state and undergo a pressure test. The corners of the pipeline should be as few as possible. The horizontal distance between the tanker and the underground tank should not exceed 30 meters, and the vertical distance between the lower surface of the tank and the tanker inlet should not be more than 6 meters, so as not to affect the suction range.
