The oil pump of the fuel dispenser is faulty. Including: the overflow valve cannot be closed, the reason should be found out, and the foreign body should be removed. If the scraper and shrapnel are damaged, they should be replaced; if there are foreign objects inside, they should be cleaned; the pump pad should be broken down or reversely installed and should be repaired or replaced; if the rotor and rotor shaft are loose, the rotor or oil pump should be replaced. The flow meter of the fuel dispenser is stuck, so the oil is not discharged. Solution: remove the debris in the copper sleeve and replace the damaged parts; the quality of the oil is problematic. The pipeline and bottom valve of the tanker are defective. Solution: first check whether the corresponding control circuit wiring is correct and whether the light valve plate is not damaged; then check the connection of the coil in the bottom valve to ensure that the connection is correct, there is no wear, blockage, etc.
1. Scrub to ensure neatness. The internal and external parts of the fuel dispenser should be scrubbed daily to ensure that they are tidy and free of oil stains. Especially the oil gun, hose, internal oil, gauge and connecting pipeline. The purpose of scrubbing neatly is not only aesthetics, but more importantly, it can be found in time when oil leakage occurs. Imagine if there is accumulated oil everywhere in the tanker, who can find out even if there is a leak?
2. check the display screen and keyboard. The numbers displayed on the display should be clear, the backlight should glow normally, and the keys on the keyboard should be sensitive. If there is a problem with the display, it is very simple to form a customer's complaint about the oil added, which will trigger a complaint. If the keyboard malfunctions, it will easily lead to the wrong setting of the quantity of oil, which will lead to jitters and complaints.
3. check the sight glass. The sight glass should be filled with oil, and there must be no leakage. If bubbles are found in the sight glass, it indicates that a certain part of the tanker pipeline is leaking. In this case, refueling will result in inaccurate metering of the tanker, which will lead to customer complaints or even loss. Therefore, if bubbles are found in the sight glass, the fuel dispenser should be stopped immediately, and the repair personnel should be notified to organize the maintenance of the fuel dispenser.
4. check the motor belt. The main purpose of belt inspection is to check whether the elasticity is appropriate and whether the appearance is damaged. If the belt is too loose, it will cause slow or no oil output; too tight will cause the tanker to vibrate and increase noise. If the appearance is damaged, it will simply cause a sudden crack, which will cause the tanker to fail to work and affect the normal operation of the gas station.
