Selection of fuel dispenser
1. A refueling machine with a self-sealing refueling gun should be used;
2. The flow rate of gasoline from the gasoline refueling gun should not be greater than 50L/min. The flow speed should not be greater than 4.5m/s;
3. The inlet vacuum of the self-priming pump of a self-priming oil dispenser should be no less than 54KPa, and the outlet pressure should be less than 0.3MPa;
4. The same gas station should use the same brand of tankers. If a decentralized refueling oil and gas recovery system is required, a tanker with oil and gas recovery function should be used;
5. When using a refueling process with multiple guns and multiple oil products, it is advisable to use a refueling machine equipped with one oil tank and one or two submersible oil pumps to supply multiple guns;
6. When an urban gas station supplies less than 4 guns per tank, a self-priming variable frequency refueling machine should be used. When an oil tank supplies more than 4 guns, a submersible pump variable frequency refueling machine should be used;
7. General refueling machines are suitable for all types of gas stations, and all types of Class I stations should use high-end refueling machines.
8. When refueling large and medium-sized diesel vehicles at highway stations and shore-based gas stations to refuel barges, large-flow diesel fuel dispensers should be used;
9. Urban gas stations with an annual sales volume of more than 5,000 tons should use card machines to connect to refueling machines. Urban Class I stations and convenience refueling points (Green Island Station) should use self-service refueling machines;
10. When a refueling vehicle at a city station can refill the type of fuel supplied at any refueling position, it should:
(1) When only two types of oil are supplied, it is advisable to use a four-gun dual-oil dispenser or a dual-gun dual-oil dispenser;
(2) When supplying three types of oil products, it is advisable to use a six-gun three-oil filling machine;
(3) When supplying four types of oil products, it is advisable to use a four-gun four-oil dispenser or an eight-gun four-oil dispenser.
11. Highway station
(1) When the refueling area is divided into large vehicles and medium and small vehicles, the large vehicle refueling area should use a double-gun dual-oil product or a double-gun single-oil product high-flow diesel refueling machine; the refueling area for medium and small vehicles should be planned according to urban stations. ;
(2) When the refueling area is not set up according to vehicle types, a double-gun dual-oil product or double-gun single-oil high-flow diesel refueling machine for large vehicles should be used on the road side in front of the station; a multi-gun, multiple oil product should be used on the station side. Gas pump.
12. The motorcycle refueling station should use a special refueling machine with a small flow rate for refueling motorcycles.
