The emergency shut-off valve, as the name implies, refers to a valve that will quickly shut off or open in the event of an emergency. It can also be called a safety shut-off valve. Accessories are used in gas stations and other environmental occasions with combustible gas, thermal equipment, and central fire protection and gas supply in high-rise buildings. The following are step-by-step instructions for the installation of a submersible pump shut-off valve.

Installation Instructions for Emergency Shutoff Valves for Submersible Pumps

1. Select the emergency shut-off valve that meets the requirements of use, and prepare the relevant tools and parts.

2. Install the fixing frame of the component on the embedded bolts of the tank wall of the oil tank of the fuel dispenser, and do a good job of tightening it.

3. Connect the shut-off valve with the supplied oil inlet pipe and oil suction pipe, tighten it, and then adjust it to the direction required for use.

4. Use U-bolts to fasten the components to the rectangular tube.

5. Use the connecting plate to connect and fasten the rectangular tube and the fixing frame in step 1.

6. The anchoring device used must meet the standard of use, and the withstand force is required to be greater than 900N·m on each valve.

7. When installing, pay attention that the shear ring of the accessories should be flush with the surface of the refueling island, or the distance between the top and bottom of the two should not exceed 12mm.
