The problem you ask seems to be a phenomenon: the flow rate of oil can not be too fast when the fuel dispenser is filling. If it is too fast, the gun will automatically jump (that is, the oil gun will not be able to produce oil if it clicks, and the pump is still rotating).
This is because the oil gun used in general fuel dispensers is self sealing oil gun. The characteristics of self sealing oil gun are: 1. there is a small hole (air inlet) in front and below the nozzle of oil gun. When the intake air is small or does not, it will self seal (jump gun); 2. if there is a problem with the auxiliary valve, the gun will be shot (this problem is less than the first one). You call this phenomenon "self sealing sensitivity of oil gun".
Treatment methods: 1. remove the nozzle, check whether the lower air inlet hole of the gun nozzle is smooth, and if it is not smooth, including the vent pipe is broken / there is debris blockage, etc., remove these phenomena; 2. look at the air inlet hole of gun body (small connection with the inlet hole of gun mouth) Whether the hole is blocked or not, whether it is connected with the gun nozzle normally, etc.; 3. the above two points are most likely to occur, generally due to oil dirt, etc., and the troubleshooting rate is about 80% or 90%.
