1. Whether the explosion-proof electrical appliances and lamps are in good condition, whether the surface of the shell is clean and whether there are cracks or deformations.
2. For regional ventilation, monitor the surface temperature of the housing and the temperature change of the bearing.
3. Listen carefully to see if the running sound is normal.
4. Whether the fasteners are complete and firm, and whether the grounding and zero connection are good.
5. Whether the sealing of the electrical equipment inlet device is good.
6. Whether the oil level and oil color of the oil-filled equipment are normal.
7. Is the pressure of the positive pressure equipment normal?
8. Whether the working state of intrinsically safe equipment and its associated equipment is normal.
1. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the electrical wiring of the fuel dispenser station once a month.
2. The poles are not skewed or sunk; the wooden poles are not rotten, the metal poles are not rusted, the cement poles are free of cracks and exposed ribs; the tension and angle of the cables are appropriate; there is no unauthorized pulling (connection) of electrical lines.
3. There are no broken strands, no looseness, no touch of wires, and no connection with branches or other debris.
4. The ground marks of the buried cables should be complete, the cable joints are in firm contact, no heat is generated, and the insulation is not damaged.
Inspection of lightning protection equipment
1. Before the rainy season every year, the lightning protection equipment must be inspected and maintained.
2. Check the appearance and connection degree of the lightning protection equipment. If it is found that it is broken, damaged or loose, it should be repaired in time.
3. Use the meter to test the grounding resistance value of the lightning protection equipment. If it is found that it does not meet the requirements, it should be repaired in time.
4. It is strictly forbidden to hang telephone lines, broadcast lines, TV receiving antennas and low-voltage overhead wires on the pillars of independent lightning rods and overhead lightning protection lines (nets).
Maintenance or update of electrical facilities
1. Unless authorized by superiors, gas stations are prohibited from repairing or updating electrical facilities by themselves.
2. Problems found in daily inspections should be reported in time and waiting for processing.
