Fuel Dispenser Solenoid Valve Maintenance

Nov 15, 2021

For our fuel dispensers for sale, such as EG1 (https://en.chinaeaglestar.com/products/showproduct.php?lang=en&id=25), EG3 (https://en.chinaeaglestar.com/products/showproduct.php?lang=en&id=15), EG5 (https://en.chinaeaglestar.com/products/showproduct.php?lang=en&id=16), EG6 (https://en.chinaeaglestar.com/products/showproduct.php?lang=en&id=22) and EG7 (https://en.chinaeaglestar.com/products/showproduct.php?lang=en&id=18), if the fuel dispenser solenoid valve has a failure, such as coil burn, body failure, it will cause no oil or inaccurate measurement.

If the fuel dispenser solenoid valve has a coil burn, first check the coil: remove the coil from the fuel dispenser solenoid valve body and insert a screwdriver into the hold of the coil and lift the nozzle when the dispenser power is on, to check if the coil has magnetism or not. If it has no magnetism, it means the coil is not good and needs to be changed. If it has magnetism, it is OK.
