Its operational principle involves compressed natural gas (CNG) flowing through various components of the dispenser before reaching the vehicle's gas cylinder. The gas first passes through a filtration system and then moves through a control valve, check valve, mass flow meter, emergency shut-off valve (two-way ball valve), breakaway valve, high-pressure hose, nozzle valve (three-way ball valve), and finally the CNG nozzle. During this process, the mass flow meter accurately measures the gas quantity passing through the system, which is then sent to the dispenser's computer control unit. The control system calculates the corresponding volume or mass of gas and the total cost, which is displayed for the customer, thereby completing the refueling transaction.

Its flow rate ranges from 1 to 30 kg/min, making it suitable for a variety of refueling requirements. It operates at a maximum working pressure of 25 MPa, with a refueling limit pressure between 19 and 20 MPa, and can withstand pressures up to 37.5 MPa. The unit is designed with an explosion-proof marking of ExdbebibicmbⅡBT4, ensuring high safety standards for use in hazardous environments.

 

Power requirements for Eaglestar CNG dispenser are AC 185V to 245V, operating at 50Hz ±1Hz.
